Questions

Does my sitter need the app?

No. You send a PDF by Messages, Mail or AirDrop, and it opens on any phone or computer. You can print it, too.

Where is my information stored?

Only on your iPhone. SitterPack has no account and no server that holds your household details. See the privacy policy for the details.

What about door codes and passwords?

They’re masked in the app and left out of your Sitter Pack unless you include them, one by one. The preview warns you whenever something sensitive is included.

Is it a subscription?

No. SitterPack is free for up to two pets and one upcoming trip at a time. SitterPack Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited pets and trips.

Which devices does it work on?

SitterPack is an iPhone app. Your sitter can read the Sitter Pack on any device.

Is it just for dogs?

Not at all. Cats, rabbits, birds, fish and everyone else are welcome, and so are house-sitting instructions with no pets at all.
